The parent company of Electro Freeze, H.C. Duke & Son, is the major supplier of all Dairy Queen equipment. The relationship with Dairy Queen began in 1946, with H.C. Duke contracted to design and manufacture the franchiser's first ice cream freezer. Through the years, H.C. Duke has been the innovator and manufacturer of many styles of machines for many customers including Braum's and Sonic. Brooks Industries has been an Electro Freeze distributor since 1986
